Blue Point Above His Left Shoulder

by Stephanie Alfaia

Lack of words –

A foreign concept achieved.
The senses are the only explanation.
Blank minded oblivion,
Wide-eyed delirium,
Delirious glow,
Brida filled soul and
Laughter pouring out of
My center.
With every passing minute
Reality and imagination
Time? A mere concept
Space? Gravitational pull
While eyes, mind and body
Are engulfed in the present.
“And you thought you were a pillar,”
The mind said.
“Yet a curious breeze blew strong enough
And crumbling down came reason,
Certainty gone with the wind”
Stirrings in a cup of water.
